Our cafe is located at 2318 South Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Our motto is, "Coffee without compromise" and in keeping to that we only bring in the best green coffee we can find, and then cup and cup again until we get the roast profiles just right. We roast all of our beans in the cafe Monday-Friday to ensure the coffee you are getting is as fresh as possible.  Our baristas go through a lengthy training period and are required to pass multiple tests before being able to make drinks for customers to ensure that every beverage that comes from our bar is up to the standards we hold ourselves to.  In short, we are extremely passionate about coffee and show that through the drinks we make, and hopefully impart this love of bean onto the people we help.

Winter Hours:

Mon-Thurs: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm

Saturday: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
