Details
From the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia, this dry processed coffee is gushing with clean, ripe fruit. Winey pomegranate and cherry are the highlight, along with dark chocolate and blackberry. Like all great dry processed Ethiopias, this selection was produced from carefully selected cherries grown at very high altitudes (1700-1800 masl) and dried on raised beds.
