We are proud to announce the return of Guatemala Finca Los Olivos. This coffee was received from Finca Villaure, a multiple COE winning farm in the revered Hoja Blanca region of Huehuetenango. Distinct micro lots are produced from specific locations on the farm; each of which represents the work of one of the siblings of the Villatoro family.
Los Olivos is exemplifies everything we look for in high-grown Guatemalan coffee, with delicate floral and citrus aromas built on a strong, sweet foundation. The straight shot is as elegant and balanced as it is powerful and complex, with notes of citrus and melon that finishes with deep raisin.
