Ethiopia Nekisse
$37.95A remarkable, eye opening coffee.
Intensely sweet, fruity, and aromatic, with notes of melon, apricot, vanilla, and blackberry. An intensive dry processing regimen allows the complex fruit of Nekisse to shine, unmuddled and untainted by any negative flavors or aromas. Coffees like this are truly a rarity, and present a unique chance to taste what a perfectly executed dry process can offer.
"Extraordinary dried-in-the-fruit profile. Lushly fruit-toned and brandyish, yet crisp with savory wood notes. Blueberry, cherry, brandy-nuanced dark chocolate, aromatic wood, night flowers in aroma and cup, coasting into the finish. A slight hint of salt in the finish as well, but the fruit-and-brandy sweetness rings on." - Kenneth Davids, CoffeeReview.com, August 2010
Orders are held until the next roast is completed, typically within 5-7 days.
