My solution is to grind   COARSER   FINER  .  I believe this will help make the espresso better because it will taste __________________________________________________________________.


If you’re going to grind coarser, this means you’re going to make a thinner, rounder flavor, and should be used if your have a stringent, unappealing acidity or bitterness.


If you’re going to grind finer, you’re trying to add acidity to the cup, develop a heavier body, or bring a sharpness or clarity to the flavors that are currently too dull or washing away.
