Finca El Paraiso: A coffee from rock-star of the industry, Aida Batlle, this coffee is from El Salvador but is processed in a method usually only done in Kenya (double fermented). Taste and hear why this processing and Battle are so clever.
Yukro: A clean, bright, outstanding example of what coffee should be.
Gotiti: Layers of unfolding flavor are subtle but impressive.
Chelelektu: A natural processed coffee that gushes sweetness.
Santa Isabel: Chocolate meets juicy nectarines in this beautiful cup.
Los San Juanes: A rich experience of currant and almond.
