Alejandro Valiente and a team of agronomists from an organization called Cafenor work to bring excellent growing practices, higher premiums to farmers, and overall sustainabiltiy to the Metapan region of El Salvador. The project works with over 65 producers and includes notable achievements including a solar-powered dry mill, 100% traceability, and a fully vertically integrated supply chain. This lot is comprised of Bourbon and Pacas varieties, and it clearly demonstrates the hard work that has been put into producing outstanding coffees in the region.
