We are very excited to once again offer this exceptional coffee from the Gedeb district of southern Yirgacheffe. With high elevations and prime soil conditions, this region produces some of our absolute favorite coffees, and we are proud to work with the growing families and washing station located on the slopes of the mountains just outside of Gedeb town. In this cup, we get blueberry, black cherry, and peach syrup.

Region: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
Processing: Washed
Varietal: 74110, 74112, Heirloom

Elevation: 2300 MASL
Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Black Cherry, Peach Syrup

This coffee is grown and milled at elevations reaching 2300 meters, contributing to sweetness and deep fruits that are present in the cup. The Halo Beriti washing station is located just outside of Gedeb town, and is managed by the Mijane family, who employ 7 full time staff and 168 seasonal workers during harvest season, which runs between November and January.

Our coffee bags are now recyclable - just return your used bag to any of our cafés and we'll take care of the rest.
