This natural process coffee from Rwanda is one of the components of our summer blend, but it was so good we knew we had to highlight this on its own as well. Expect sweet berries and citrus, heavy butterscotch sweetness, and cola-like spices.

Gatare is one of the oldest washing stations in the country, opening nearly 20 years ago and has long had a reputation for processing high quality coffees. Rwanda has ideal coffee-growing conditions: high altitude, regular rainfall, and volcanic soil with good organic structure. The majority of the coffee is grown by smallholders, usually one hectare per family, and mainly along Lake Kivu and the southern province.
