The entire ethyl acetate (a cane sugar derivative) decaffeination process happens at origin. This gentle process removes all but trivial amounts of caffeine while leaving exceptional terroir characteristics intact. You'll enjoy this mild and balanced coffee with beautiful citrus acidity.
