Our Select Series showcases exceptional and distinct varietals that we have a very limited amount of. Our second Fernando Diaz Select Series offering this year features a Maragogype varietal produced at Finca El Retiro, Fernando's family farm located in Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Fernando is a Cup of Excellence award winning producer whose creativity and skill are clearly on display in this coffee. Maragogype is known for its very large bean size and exceptional quality. In the cup, we taste pear, lime, and chocolate.
