Our winter blend this year consists of a natural processed coffee from Democratic Republic Of The Congo and a washed process coffee from Honduras. We get notes of dark chocolate, citrus, and nuts–almost like a gourmet candy bar. This mix of bright citrus with dark chocolate is thematically linked to the blend’s name, Parhelion. Parhelia are commonly called sun dogs, a meteorological phenomenon we often see this time of year. As we look forward to the return of warmth and spring, we’re reminded that even during the dark, cold months of the year there are always bright points if you look. Cheers.
