Sign up to learn all about our coffee cupping process. Cupping is a professional method of evaluating the taste of coffee. It's what we use to select coffees for our cafes, develop roast profiles, and train our baristas. This class will be a fun opportunity to taste coffees alongside our experts and develop your coffee palate! We'll taste through several coffees, learn about production and processing, and go over how we develop tasting notes. You'll also walk away with two 4oz bags of coffee!
