Job Description:
The Wholesale Sales & Account Manager is a part-time (16 hours per week) hourly role that reports to the Sales/Marketing Manager. They are responsible for taking hand-offs from Lead Generators, closing sales, onboarding new clients, and caring for existing clients. This person is self-motivated, detail-oriented, people-driven, and highly collaborative. They must also be available and responsive, an excellent problem-solver, and passionate about customer experience.

Job duties/responsibilities include:
- Attending weekly Sales/Marketing Level 10 Meetings
- Using a CRM (monday.com) for sales and account management
- Setting and achieving quarterly revenue goals
- Facilitating a seamless handoff from Lead Generator to sales for qualified leads
- Facilitating product sampling and presentations for qualified leads
- Putting together quotes and proposals for qualified leads, and negotiating through to closed deals
- Onboarding new wholesale clients
- Facilitating regular communication rhythm for existing wholesale clients
- Responding to incoming/emergency issues with wholesale clients
- Solving root issues for wholesale clients by using our suite of resources
- Upselling to existing wholesale clients through stubborn hospitality sales
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, training, and fulfillment to solve wholesale client issues
- Must have a current driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Job Description:
The Fulfillment Manager is a full-time position responsible for organizing and executing all of the daily coffee orders for wholesale and for retail. They are the backbone of our coffee program, handling orders of all kinds with intention and detail. The Fulfillment Manager is someone who likes to be active, can move quickly while paying attention to detail, and enjoys building relationships with customers. The Fulfillment Manager must be people oriented, detail focused, and highly self-motivated.

Job duties/responsibilities include:
- Attending weekly Coffee Ops Level 10 Meetings
- Fulfilling coffee and related packaging orders
- Driving the Coffea delivery vehicle to our cafés and wholesale partners
- Building and maintaining good relationships with our wholesale partners by being reliable, keeping communication open, and problem solving delivery issues
- Helping maintain a clean and organized work environment at the warehouse and in the lab
- Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and reporting any repair needs
- Leading and training wholesale assistants
- Organizing schedules and logistics
- Communicating and collaborating with the roasting team to efficiently organize roasting/fulfillment days
- Communicating and collaborating with the Wholesale Director and Cafe Managers to maintain a comprehensive overview of operations
- Maintaining and responding to the orders@coffearoasterie.com email
- Contributing to innovation in technology and efficiency in production
- Managing inventory
- Communicating within the company and with external partners
- Utilizing software for efficiencies
- Problem solving
