Fernando Diaz is a Cup of Excellence winning producer who we've enjoyed a long direct sourcing relationship with. Fernando grows 55 varieties of coffee on his farm, Santa Ana, a uniquely high number of varieties for a farm of his size in Guatemala. We're always excited to showcase a rotating menu of Fernando's coffees. This coffee is in short supply, so get it while you can!
