We wanted a blend that would bring to mind the fresh, ripe fruit and fragrant florals that dominate early summer. A 50/50 blend of Reko from Ethiopia and Omar Pillimué from Colombia, Full Bloom showcases the harmony and breadth of washed coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia. Reko, from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, is a returning favorite for us. It brings bright citrus, sweet berry, and a crisp body. Omar Pillimué, from Inza, Colombia, is extremely delicate and floral, with bright citrus and a high level of sweetness. These coffees come together to provide a cup that's very floral, sweet, and extremely lively and fresh.
