Luis Alberto is a world-renowned coffee producer who has a special focus on natural processed coffees. His farm is located in the Mozonte Municipality of Nueva Segovia, on the northern border of Nicaragua. He operates this 72 hectare farm (about a quarter mile) as well as Beneficio Las Segovias, a mill in the area. Alberto puts strong emphasis on consistency and care throughout the harvesting, processing, and cupping, and is unique in how far he takes his efforts to promote stable conditions during processing.
