The Kalita Wave has taken the coffee world by storm, and for good reason.  Thanks to the flat-bottom design, this method makes a balanced, full-flavored cup due to its more consistent extraction (compared to V-60 or other pour-over methods). Made with stainless steel, the Kalita Wave is durable and easy to travel with.  It's also our baristas' preferred brewing method.
