DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, we require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold your date in our calendar.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH SERVICE OPTION?
Our hot service includes hot lattes, drip coffee, and hot chocolate. The cold service includes iced lattes, cold brew, and iced tea. The full service includes all of the above. We also offer a hot chocolate service which is just hot chocolate and toppings such as marshmallows, whipped cream, and candy canes. Each service comes with a mobile cart and a barista to prepare the drinks.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PICKUP OPTIONS?
The pickup options include an insulated beverage dispenser of either drip coffee or hot chocolate and paper cups. The beverage dispenser must be returned either the same day or next day.
HOW LONG DOES SETUP TAKE FOR THE COFFEE SERVICES?
Setup takes around 30-45 minutes for the hot and full services. For cold services and hot chocolate, expect around 20 minutes.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM TIME REQUIREMENTS?
Yes. The minimum times correlate with the amount of guests.
• Full and hot services -- 0-100 people: 2 hours, 100-150 people: 3 hours, 150+ people: 4 hours.
• Cold services -- 0-50 people: 1 hour, 50-125 people: 2 hours, 150 people: 3 hours, 150+ people: 4 hours.
• Hot chocolate services -- 0-50 people: 1 hour, 50-125 people: 2 hours, 125+ people: 3 hours.
