Sticky Rice Tuocha are small, compressed tea cakes shaped like a bowl or bird’s nest (known as tuocha) that have pu’er tea blended with Nuo Mi Xiang, an aromatic Chinese herb prized for its distinct sticky rice flavor. Despite the name, this contains no actual sticky rice. These are popular in Chinese tea culture, known for the unique flavor and convenient single-serving size.
