This is our first tea sourced from Sri Lanka, and it’s quite remarkable. The citrus and floral notes are a pleasant surprise, as they’re often more associated with a lightly oxidized wulong. This OP leaf grade was produced in March 2025 by Mr. Asanga Maveekumbura at the Lumbini Tea Valley Estate in the Ruhuna region of Sri Lanka. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the TRI2026 cultivar, grown at 1,400 feet.
