Grown by the Zhou family in their tea gardens in Guizhou, China, Eagle Leaf is a botanical that has been traditionally been consumed in China.  The Zhou family tea gardens is devoted to harmony with the surrounding ecology, with no fertilizers or pesticides used.  Made from the 'Litsea coreana' plant, the leaves of this shrubby tree are thick and fragrant.  When plucked, they are bruised and oxidized in the style of a black tea.  Its taste is somewhat similar to tea, yet has no caffeine, making it ideal for those who enjoy tea but are sensitive to caffeine.
