Simply put, Luis Alberto is one of the premier coffee producers in the world. His natural processed coffees are incredibly clean and delicious. We're proud to feature this Pacamara variety from his farm, La Bendicíon. In the cup, look for notes of tropical fruit and fruit candy with a creamy body.

Importing Partner: The Coffee Quest

Luis Alberto is a world-renowned coffee producer whom we
had the pleasure of meeting in February. Alberto has a special focus on meticulously produced natural processed coffees. He operates four farms as well as a mill called Beneficio Las Segovias in Nueva Segovia on the northern border of Nicaragua. Alberto puts strong emphasis on consistency and care throughout the harvesting, processing, and cupping, and is unique in how far he takes his efforts to promote stable conditions during processing; even losing 30% of each harvest in order to pick cherries at their peak ripeness.
