This is our second year offering this coffee from Mt. Ijen, and we couldn't be more excited to have it back again.  Expect a remarkably soft, silky coffee with delicate florals and sweet milk chocolate.

Importing Partner: The Coffee Quest

The volcanic soil surrounding Mt. Ijen provides ideal conditions for coffee cultivation, and the region is known for coffees with big fruity profiles. Mt. Ijen is part of an active volcanic line called the Ijen Geopark, located in East Java. Atop the mountain is the world's largest acidic crater lake, known for the blue flames created by its active sulfur mines.
