Coffee 101 & Cupping Class - April 6th
This class will start with the coffee essentials — what coffee is, how and where it’s grown, and how it’s processed. We’ll also go over our own coffee sourcing methods (where we get our coffees, the farmers we partner with, and how we pick what we buy), roasting, brewing, and serving.
After that, we'll cup! Cupping is a professional method of evaluating the taste of coffee. It's what we use to select coffees for our cafes, develop roast profiles, and train our baristas. This class will be a fun opportunity to taste coffees alongside our experts and develop your coffee palate! You'll also walk away with two 4oz bags of coffee!
