Q: When is coffee roasted?

A: Coffees are roasted to order 3 days a week, Monday-Wednesday. 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement.

Q: What days can I pick up orders?

A: Tuesday and Friday

Q: When is delivery day?

A: Thursday

Q: When do I need to place my order in Shopify to ensure delivery within the same week?

A: Orders must be received Tuesday by 5pm to be delivered on Thursday of the same week.

Q: I need to make changes to my Shopify order I created. How do I do this?

A: Email your change to orders@coffearoasterie.com. Coffee adjustments must be made by 9am on Wednesday to be guaranteed for Thursday’s delivery.  Syrups, milks, and paper products can be adjusted at any time.

Q: What do I do if I need to change or cancel a standing coffee order?

A: Email orders@coffearoasterie.com by Wednesday at 9am. Changes made after this cut-off time will not be guaranteed.

Q: What if I need my order rushed?

A: Staying aware of your own coffee needs is always best, but we understand that there may be unexpected circumstances that arise. Email orders@coffearoasterie.com and request expedited pick-up/shipping (expedited delivery is not an option). We always do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee an earlier time frame.
