Regular price

This is our second year offering this regional select coffee from Puebla. We really enjoy this balanced cup with clean acidity and bright sweetness.

Origin: Puebla, Mexico
Processing: Washed
Varietal: Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo

Elevation: 1200-1800 MASL
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Apple, Candied Hazelnut

This coffee is the collective effort of smallholder farmers from the region of Puebla, a small but diverse and volcanic region in Eastern Mexico. While historically not noted for its coffee production, the last several years have seen an increase in quality micro-lots from the region. We've been enjoying exploring coffees from Mexico, and after highlighting this cup as a stand-out on the cupping table for its complexity in flavors along with medium acidity and overall balance, we knew we had to share this with you.

Our coffee bags are now recyclable - just return your used bag to any of our cafés and we'll take care of the rest.
